GForce Speed System

Welcome To The GForce Speed System

This is where you'll learn how to get the most from your GForce Speed Trainer.

Start with the Foundation modules in order. You'll learn the concept behind the system, what to feel through the Super Flexible Shaft, how to create and maintain resistance, and how to use the Progressive Weight System before transferring the feeling into your own driver.

Once you've completed the Foundations, move into the Drill Library to develop and reinforce the feeling.

Create Resistance → Maintain Resistance → Transfer Speed & Control
Module 1

#1 | The Concept: How the GForce Speed Trainer Works

Learn why resistance — not swing speed — is the foundation of the whole GForce system.

What you'll learn
  • How the Super Flexible Shaft creates feedback
  • How to recognise shaft load and resistance
  • Why maintaining resistance matters for speed and control
Key focus: Create resistance. Maintain it. Then turn it into speed.
Module 2

#2 | Why You're Losing Clubhead Speed

See how releasing the club too early costs you speed, and how pulling against resistance fixes it.

What you'll learn
  • Why early release costs you clubhead speed
  • How the flail demonstration shows resistance and control
  • How pulling on the grip maintains lag and shaft load
Key focus: Pull on the grip, maintain the resistance and let the club release later.
Module 3

#3 | The 3 Pull Directions

Learn the three changing directions of the pull that keep resistance working all the way through the downswing.

What you'll learn
  • The 3 changing directions of the pull
  • How pull direction affects downswing radius and lag
  • How the flexible shaft helps you feel each direction
Key focus: Load the shaft, pull against the resistance, and let the direction of the pull change as the club moves through the downswing.
Module 4

#4 | How to Maintain Resistance

Learn to recognise when resistance is lost, and how maintaining it changes the whole swing.

What you'll learn
  • How to recognise when resistance is lost
  • What changes in the swing when you maintain the pull
  • Why maintaining resistance for longer supports more speed
Key focus: The pull creates resistance. The longer you maintain that resistance, the longer you maintain the conditions for speed.
Module 5

#5 | The Speed System

Put the system into practice with the full 25-swing protocol across all three weights.

What you'll learn
  • The full 25-swing protocol: Light → Medium → Heavy → Medium → Light
  • How to focus the pull direction throughout the protocol
  • How to transfer the feeling into your driver
Key focus: Load the shaft, pull against the resistance and keep pulling — then transfer that feeling into your driver.
Drill 1

Drill 1 - Drag & Lag

What you'll learn
  • How to feel the first resistance at the takeaway
  • How to build width and lag in the backswing
  • How to carry the feeling into a tight downswing radius
Key focus: Drag the clubhead, lag it behind your hands.
Drill 2

Drill 2 - Fast Backswing

What you'll learn
  • How a faster backswing increases shaft load
  • How to recognise the moment of full load
  • How to pull continuously on the way down and through
Key focus: Swing back fast to load the shaft, feel the point of full load, then pull and keep pulling on the way down and through.
Drill 3

Drill 3 - Stop Start Drill

What you'll learn
  • How to feel continuous resistance through the swing
  • How your body braces and organises around the load
  • How to use this drill with any club in the bag
Key focus: Stop and start the club to feel the shaft load and unload continuously, and let your body brace and organise around that force.
Drill 4

Drill 4 - Feet Together Drill

What you'll learn
  • How to isolate and develop speed from the hands and arms
  • How little body movement is actually needed to generate speed
  • How balance gives you built-in feedback
Key focus: Keep the feet together, power the swing with your hands and arms, and let the body support and amplify — not lead.
Drill 5

Drill 5 - Resistance Band

What you'll learn
  • The difference between body-first and pull-first downswings
  • How the body naturally engages once there's something to pull against
  • Why this drill works anywhere, with no equipment
Key focus: Hold your ground, pull with the hands first, and let the body organise naturally around that pull.
