This works and makes complete sense. If you struggle with transition, this video will reveal why. You need to time the transition and gradually accelerate down, like a swing in the park, its the same CONCEPT.
The hands build Speed gradually and go from 0 - 20 mph from the end of the backswing to half way down before the club releases, then they slow down. This is the correct way to transition, do it right and you can feel the weight and momentum of the club, when it starts to release.
The weight you can feel is "G-FORCE"
"G-FORCE MEANING" = measurement of acceleration felt as weight.
Once you can feel the weight when the club head starts to release, you then you pull it to speed it up and automatically square the face. (Pull on The Grip) Pulling also creates tremendous tension through the GFORCE shaft giving you stability on impact, just like a steel shaft. If you push or manipulate the club then you wont get enough tension through the shaft and the swing will be inefficient.
If you need some clarification as to why you should pull the grip in transition and all the way through into the finish then check out this demonstration in this video below.
If you rush the transition the club will release early so you wont be able to feel the weight of the club. You will loose so much power you will end up compensating trying to make up for lost power by pushing the club through, which is wrong.
Check out this video below where I talk about the forces (the weight "GFORCE" you will feel) you will then understand why it is so important to pull the club and not push it or manipulate it.
That is why the GForce Swing Trainers are such a good tool to help you with this. They help you FEEL and TIME when you should transition, because you have to wait for the flexible shaft to load on the backswing. If you don't get it right you can feel the shaft Wobble around and contact will be poor.
Smoothing out your transition and gradually accelerating down is the key. GForce Swing Trainers work based around the LAW's of PHYSICS which you should be applying to your swing. If you can learn to use the swing trainers correctly with all the FREE training I provide, then you are on your way to a pure golf swing.
